Family Guide
A clear order, when everything feels urgent
You do not have to decide the typeface on the first day. You do have to know which cemetery, which form it allows, and which price is actually on the listing.
1
Name the person, and the cemetery
Write down the name, the dates, and the cemetery. If you have the lot rules, keep them next to you. The cemetery decides the size and which forms are allowed. We do not.
2
Choose a form you can actually place
An upright stands on a base. A flat marker sits with the lawn. A slant is lower, with a tilted face. A bench is a place to sit. Pick the one the lot allows, then look at listings.
3
Read the price that is already stored
Each listing shows the price stored for that design. Upright monuments on the homepage questions start around $1,500, and flat markers begin at $500. The cost guide turns stored prices into a planning range. It does not replace the listing.
4
Decide how custom it needs to be
Template is a published shape with your words and a granite color. Customize adds a vase or a photo when that option has a stored price. Full Custom has no stored price. Use it when the design is not in the catalog.
5
Approve the proof, then wait for the stone
Nothing is cut until you approve the proof. We install nearby or ship free. The shipping policy says the usual span is eight to twelve weeks, and that we confirm timing when you order.
