From the first look to the cemetery

Start with the form the cemetery allows: an upright, a flat marker, a bench, or another memorial on the site. Each listing shows the price stored for that design. You are not asked to guess a number.

If you are comparing shapes, the cost guide builds a planning range from those same stored prices. It is an estimate, not a quote.

On a published design you add the name, the dates, and the epitaph, and you choose a granite color from the colors that design offers. Template is that published shape. Customize adds a vase or a photo only when you select one and a stored price exists.

Full Custom does not have a stored price. That path starts with a design call, or with a design you already have.

A designer sends a proof of the layout you asked for. Read the name, the dates, and the line. Nothing is cut until you approve it.

The proof checks the layout. It is not a promise about how the lettering will look in every kind of light, and it is not the craftsmanship warranty.

We install nearby or ship free. In Ada, Oklahoma and the surrounding communities, installation is included and we schedule the setting with the cemetery. Outside that area, shipping to the lower 48 is included and the monument ships uninstalled.

The shipping policy says the usual span from order confirmation to a completed setting is eight to twelve weeks. We confirm timing when you order. Weather, cemetery approval, and a cemetery that uses its own foundation crew can change that span. The policy lists those cases.
